Badminton beginners

Characteristics:

Badminton is a dynamic individual rocket sport played in indoor conditions. Two opponents (or two couples) play feathered ball across the net using a rocket and try to force the opponent to make a mistake.

The aim of badminton beginner class is to learn technique and rules. Due to the limited number of courts, we play doubles only.

The class is for players who have never played badminton in indoor conditions and do not know badminton rules.

Needed:

indoor shoes, sportswear, drink
